Welcome to the Telenor Today Quiz blog — practical, plain-language guides for Telenor Pakistan users. Here you’ll find step-by-step tutorials on checking your balance, managing internet bundles, activating an eSIM, protecting your SIM from fraud, recharging online, and getting the most out of the My Telenor App. Every guide is written in simple words, and wherever codes, prices, or helplines are mentioned, they are verified against official Telenor sources before publishing. Whether you use prepaid or postpaid, this is the place to solve everyday mobile problems without the confusion.
Every few months someone forwards me a message claiming 5G is “finally live” in Pakistan, usually with a blurry screenshot and a lot of capital letters. It never is. But something real did happen in mid-September, and if you’re a Telenor user waiting on 5G, it’s actually worth knowing about. The real news: PTA cleared…
Last week my cousin dropped his phone and the SIM tray just… broke. Tiny plastic flap, snapped clean off, and suddenly his whole connection depended on a piece that costs a few hundred rupees. That’s when I finally looked into eSIMs — and honestly, for a lot of us it’s the better option hiding in…
A friend messaged me yesterday: “Bhai, suna hai Telenor ke packages phir mehnge honay walay hain?” When I actually read the news, the story turned out to be half true. PTA has genuinely drafted new Telecommunication Competition Rules, and in the same breath admitted that mobile packages got 12 to 22 percent costlier between June…
That Rs. 50 Load You Never Got to Use Every prepaid user in Pakistan knows this feeling: you load Rs. 50 or Rs. 100, life gets busy, and by the time you actually need it the balance has quietly expired. For years that money was simply gone — swallowed by an expiry date most of…
Everyone Ends Up Needing the Helpline Sooner or Later Last month my aunt’s Telenor balance started disappearing for no reason she could understand. She tried asking her nephew, then a shopkeeper, then finally gave up and said “koi number hi nahi pata jahan complaint karun.” That stuck with me — half the time the problem…
The first time I landed in another country with my Telenor SIM, I did what everyone does. Switched the phone on at the airport, waited for the signal bars to appear, and opened WhatsApp to tell everyone I had landed safely. The bars were there — full strength, even. But WhatsApp just kept spinning. No…
Here’s a scene you probably know too well: it’s the 18th of the month, your Telenor bundle still has two weeks left to run, and your phone suddenly tells you mobile data is almost finished. Everyone’s first instinct is to blame the network. But nine times out of ten, the MBs quietly went to background…
We all know that feeling. You’re heading out of town — maybe to the village for a family wedding, or somewhere the signal is famously weak — and your mind starts doing the math on how many important calls you’ll miss while you’re gone. A friend of mine had a clever fix for this: whenever…
A few weeks back, my cousin kept complaining his “net is slow” — pages crawling, videos buffering every five seconds. I asked him one simple question: bhai, is your phone even on 4G? Turns out it wasn’t. Two minutes of settings later and he was flying. If your Telenor SIM feels stuck in the slow…
If you’ve heard people saying “Telenor khatam ho gaya” or “Telenor ab Ufone ban gaya hai” — they’re not entirely wrong, but the full story is calmer than the rumours. Telenor Pakistan has legally merged into the company behind Ufone, and here’s what that actually means for your SIM, your balance, your packages, and the…
