All Telenor Codes 2026: Complete USSD Code List

Ask ten Telenor users how they check their balance and you will get five different answers. One person swears by a code someone forwarded on WhatsApp, another taps around in the My Telenor App, and the third one is still doing the old “yaar, code kya tha?” routine. I have watched people dial codes blindly off screenshots for years, and half the time the code does not even do what the caption promised. So here is the honest version: one list of the codes that actually matter, what each one is for, and — the part most blogs skip — how to make sure the code you are dialing is still the right one in 2026.

Why bother with codes when there is an app?

Fair question. The My Telenor App shows you everything with pretty graphics. But USSD codes still earn their place. They work without the internet, which matters when your data has just run out and you need to check why. They are fast — dial, press call, done — no loading screens, no login. Think of codes as the shortcut keys of your SIM; the app is the full dashboard.

First, the one rule that keeps you safe

Here is the uncomfortable truth about every “complete code list” you find online, including this one: codes change. Telenor retires old packages, launches new ones, and quietly replaces activation codes. A screenshot of codes from 2021 might be half dead today, and a forwarded list never tells you which half.

Two safety habits will save you from 99% of code-related trouble:

  1. Verify before you dial. The current, correct code for any package is always shown in the My Telenor App on that package’s page, or you can confirm it from Telenor’s helpline at 345. If a code is not listed in the app or confirmed by the helpline, treat it as expired.
  2. Never dial codes forwarded by strangers. Some scam codes silently switch on call forwarding, so your incoming calls start routing to a stranger’s number. Free balance does not exist — delete the forward.

The everyday check codes (the ones you will actually use)

Balance check. The classic. You dial it, press call, and your remaining prepaid balance flashes on the screen. No internet needed, usually free. My complete guide on how to check your remaining balance covers every method in one place.

Remaining MBs check. When the internet suddenly slows down, nine times out of ten your package MBs are finished. A quick code shows your leftover data before you spend money on a new bundle. My walkthrough on how to check your remaining MBs covers this plus minutes and SMS in detail.

Minutes and SMS check. Calling bundles and SMS bundles expire separately from your data. Checking them takes ten seconds and stops you from recharging a bundle you do not need yet.

Package subscribe and unsubscribe codes

Every Telenor package — daily, weekly, monthly, hybrid — has its own activation code. The reliable way to get it: open the My Telenor App, tap the package you want, and the code is printed right on the package card. Dialing the code from the card instead of from memory removes all guesswork.

Unsubscribing matters just as much. Packages sometimes auto-renew, and value-added services can attach themselves during promos. If your balance keeps shrinking for no reason, read my guide on how to stop unwanted Telenor subscriptions — and if you want to actively lock your balance away from accidental deductions, here is how to stop your balance from being cut in the first place.

Emergency balance and helpline codes

Running out of balance at midnight with no easyload shop open is a very Pakistani problem. Telenor’s advance balance service lets eligible prepaid users borrow a small amount that gets adjusted on the next recharge. Eligibility, the borrowed amount, and the service fee all vary, so confirm the current terms in the My Telenor App before you use it. I have a full explainer on how to borrow emergency balance if you want the step-by-step.

For everything else — a stuck SIM, a package that did not activate, a wrongly sent load — the helpline at 345 is the single number worth remembering. It is Telenor’s own line, so it is the one number no forwarded list can fake.

SIM-related codes

Your own number. Everyone forgets their own number at least once, usually while filling a form. Telenor has a code for that too — the current one is listed in the My Telenor App, and I have a dedicated guide on how to find your own Telenor SIM number with every method.

PUK code. If you enter your SIM PIN wrong three times, the SIM locks and asks for a PUK. The PUK is printed on the plastic card your SIM came in — save it somewhere the day you buy the SIM, because customer care is the only other way to get it.

Biometric verification status. If your SIM ever stops working after a re-verification drive, check its status in the app or at a Telenor franchise before assuming the worst.

Codes you should never dial

Let me be blunt, because this is where people actually lose money:

  • Call-forwarding codes from unknown sources. Codes starting with *21* or *62* redirect your calls. Scammers disguise them as “free MB” codes. Never dial any forwarding code someone sends you.
  • Premium shortcodes you did not subscribe to. If a random 4-digit number texts you “reply YES to win,” replying can subscribe you to a daily-charge service. Ignore it, or confirm in the app first.
  • “Free internet trick” codes. There is no secret code for free data. Every real offer lives in the My Telenor App or on Telenor’s official channels. Anything else is a scam or a dead code.

If you already dialed something suspicious, check your line for active call diverts — the cancellation code is in the My Telenor App’s help section — or call 345 and ask them to look.

The fastest way to look up any Telenor code

Forget memorizing dozens of codes. Here is the system that never goes stale:

  1. Open the My Telenor App and log in.
  2. Go to Packages or Offers and tap the one you want — the activation code is on its card.
  3. For balance, MBs, minutes, and SMS, the usage section shows the current check codes.
  4. Still unsure? Call 345 and confirm. It takes two minutes and beats a wrong guess every time.

One last thing — while you have your phone in hand, today’s five questions are already up. Go play today’s Telenor quiz answers and grab your free MBs before the timer resets.
