Telenor Guides is our step-by-step how-to library for Telenor Pakistan users. Each guide walks you through one task from start to finish — SIM registration and biometric verification, stopping unwanted subscriptions, checking which package is active, keeping your SIM from expiring, fixing network issues, and much more. We use only official methods (the My Telenor App, helpline 345, or a franchise visit), so you never have to guess. New guides are added regularly — if something on your Telenor SIM is stuck, you’ll likely find the answer here.
A friend of mine went to a franchise last month to port his number, and the counter guy stopped him mid-form. His SIM was still registered under his old CNIC — the one that expired years ago. He had the new card sitting in his wallet the whole time and never realised the SIM details…
Last week a friend complained ke uska 6GB ka bundle sirf das din mein khatam ho gaya. We sat down and checked — it wasn’t YouTube, it wasn’t TikTok. It was family groups. Good-morning videos, shaadi clips, “forwarded many times” memes, all downloading themselves on mobile data while his phone was sitting in his pocket…
My cousin bought a new phone last month and spent twenty minutes at the shop arguing with the salesman over one question: eSIM or physical SIM? The salesman kept saying “sir, digital hai, yeh future hai,” but my cousin just wanted to know one thing — agar kuch garbar ho jaye, toh khud theek kar…
Call any friend these days and half the time you don’t hear the usual “trr-trr” — you hear a song, a naat, or some funny dialogue instead. That’s a caller tune, and if you’ve ever thought “yaar, mujhe bhi lagani hai,” this guide is for you. What a Caller Tune Actually Is A caller tune…
You recharge your Telenor SIM, check the balance an hour later, and some rupees have quietly disappeared. No bundle bought, no call made, no message sent — at least none that you remember. Everyone in Pakistan with a prepaid SIM knows that sinking feeling, and most of us just shrug and move on. But when…
Here’s something odd I noticed last month: my Telenor internet worked fine the whole way home, then died the moment I stepped into my building’s basement parking. Every single day, same place, same dead bars. Not a SIM problem, not a package problem — just the place. If your data also vanishes at the same…
Last week a friend messaged me in a panic. He had just recharged his number, opened My Telenor App, and the balance staring back at him was nowhere near what he expected. He was convinced the company had eaten his money. I asked him one question — “what does *444# say?” — and that settled…
You know that sinking feeling when you finally call a missed number back and the person says, “I tried you an hour ago — it was urgent”? We’ve all been there. Voicemail is the old-school fix that still works beautifully: your Telenor SIM can take a message for you when you can’t pick up, and…
Here’s the awkward truth nobody tells iPhone users: iOS doesn’t have the hard data cutoff that Android does. On Android you can set 5 GB and the phone will simply stop using mobile data when it hits that line. On iPhone? There is no such switch. Apple never built it. But before you throw your…
I still remember the panic. Phone restarted after an update, and instead of the home screen there was a strange prompt asking for a “PUK code” — something I’d never typed in my life. My first instinct was to try random numbers. Thank God I didn’t, because guessing a PUK is the fastest way to…
