How the My Telenor App Daily Quiz Works

I’ll be honest: when I first installed the My Telenor App, I opened it maybe twice — once to check my balance, once by accident. It wasn’t until a friend told me “yaar, app mein roz ka quiz hai, free MBs milte hain” that I actually started opening it every day. Turns out there’s a whole little game sitting inside the app that hands out free internet just for answering five simple questions.

If you haven’t tried it yet, here’s the full picture — where to find it, how to play, and what happens after you win.

Where the quiz lives inside the app

Open the My Telenor App and look around the home screen. You’re looking for the “Play & Win” tab — on most versions it sits near the bottom of the screen with a little bulb icon. Tap it and you’ll land on the “Test Your Skills” quiz page.

On some app versions the button is labelled slightly differently (“Free MBs” or a quiz banner right on the home screen), so if you don’t see “Play & Win” at first glance, scroll a little. It’s there — it just moves around between updates. This is also why it helps to keep the app updated; old versions sometimes hide the quiz in weird places or don’t show it at all.

How to play: five questions, two minutes

The format couldn’t be simpler:

  1. Open the My Telenor App and log in with your Telenor number.
  2. Tap “Play & Win” (or the “Test Your Skills” banner) to open the quiz.
  3. Answer five multiple-choice questions. They’re general knowledge — Pakistani culture, cricket, history, current affairs, that sort of thing. Nothing that needs a degree.
  4. Hit submit. If all five answers are correct, a popup tells you you’re eligible for your reward.
  5. Tap “Claim Now.” The free MBs get added to your internet balance automatically.

The whole thing takes less time than making chai. Seriously — two minutes, tops, once you know where the button is.

What do you actually win?

The prize is free MBs credited directly to your Telenor account. The exact amount and how long it stays valid can change — Telenor tweaks the rewards from time to time, and special days like Eid or Independence Day sometimes come with bigger giveaways. So don’t take anyone’s word (including mine) for an exact number: whatever the app shows you on the reward popup is what counts.

One thing worth knowing: the reward lands in your account automatically once you claim it. You don’t need to dial any code or activate anything. If you want to double-check, open the app’s usage or offers section and you’ll see the MBs sitting there. And if the reward doesn’t show up immediately, give it a few minutes before panicking — sometimes there’s a small delay.

The rules, plain and simple

  • One play per day. You get a single attempt every 24 hours, so make it count.
  • All five answers must be correct. There’s no partial credit — four out of five gets you nothing.
  • The quiz resets daily. Questions change every day, so yesterday’s answers won’t help you tomorrow.
  • Play before the day ends. If you forget, that day’s reward is gone — no catching up later.

The daily reset is the part most people miss. Since the questions change overnight, the smart move is to play at a fixed time — say, with your morning chai — so it becomes a habit instead of a forgotten notification.

The one mistake that costs people the prize

Guessing. That’s it. People open the quiz, tap answers at random to get it over with, and then act surprised when the reward popup never appears. With only five questions and no partial credit, one wrong guess ruins the whole attempt — and you’ve burned your only try for the day.

If you’re not sure about an answer, take thirty seconds to look it up instead of gambling. Google the question, ask someone nearby, or check a daily answers site before you submit. Speaking of which — we publish today’s Telenor quiz answers right here every day, verified question by question, so you can walk into the quiz already knowing all five. There’s no shame in it; the questions are meant to be answerable, and using a key just means you never waste your daily attempt.

The quiz isn’t the only free stuff in the app

Here’s what I didn’t realise at first: the daily quiz is just one corner of the app’s rewards system. The app also hands out coins for everyday actions, and you can turn your app coins into free MBs once you’ve collected enough — it’s a separate thing from the quiz, and it stacks. So a regular player is really earning from two streams: the quiz and the coins.

And if you’re winning free MBs, you might as well make them last. A few small settings changes can stretch your MBs further, so your quiz winnings don’t evaporate by evening.

Can’t even get into the app?

Some people read all of this and think “sounds great, but my app won’t even open.” Fair enough — the My Telenor App can be fussy. If you’re stuck at login — the OTP never arrives, the app crashes, the spinner spins forever — there are proven fixes for each of these. Sort out the login first, because everything good in the app (quiz, coins, usage details) sits behind it.

Is it actually worth two minutes a day?

Look, nobody’s getting rich off quiz MBs. But think about what two minutes buys you: a small, reliable chunk of free data every single day, for doing something you’d do while waiting for the kettle to boil anyway. Over a month, that adds up to a decent amount of browsing you didn’t pay for.

The people who get the most out of it aren’t quiz geniuses — they’re just consistent. Same time, every day, answers checked, quiz done. Make it part of your morning and the free MBs just keep coming.
